As we operate exclusively online and ship directly from Pakistan, we kindly ask all customers to carefully review sizing information before placing an order.

Please note: We do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind, as we do not have a physical store or warehouse in the UK to accommodate returned items.

Return Eligibility (Limited Circumstances Only)

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item received is defective, incorrect, or damaged.
• You must complete the Returns Form and notify our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging.
